Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of working 5 days out of 7, giving you more time for yourself.

Job Purpose:

To deliver excellent results by following standard work, enabling the efficient flow of product and material, continually improving the work environment by, helping the team to achieve the required metrics for the area. Have a key focus on colleague safety, throughput, and adherence to standards.

• Pre / during / post daily operations check vehicles, equipment or area as detailed in Autonomous Maintenance SOP's.

• Collect data to underpin decisions for the allocation of resource within your area of work.

• Work towards improving key metrics for the area and engage in 3C problem solving activity.

• Standardise by following all available 5S, Work Element Sheets, Standard Operating Procedures and other standards required to run the area effectively.
