We're looking for a Residential Support Worker in Warrington to support 5 children with autism and learning disabilities at one of our residential care homes. No two days as a Residential Support Worker will be the same, you will be supporting people with varied activities both within the home and in the local community. Your role will be to promote their independence and assisting them to achieve their individual person-centred outcomes. You will work full 14 hour shifts on a rota basis including one sleep-in shift a week. You will need to be able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility whilst being approachable, friendly, proactive.
