Challenge-trg Recruitment is hiring full-time Warehouse Operatives in Andover, SP11 8EZ. This role at Co-op Andover involves working in a chilled environment (2-5°C), with the option to work in a freezer environment (-25°C).
Key Responsibilities:
* Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment (LLOP)
* Pick/pack meat and alcohol
* Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets
* Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse
* Work in a team to achieve key targets
* Meet performance and productivity targets
* Pick items using a voice-activated system
* Day Shift (6am to 2pm): Weekday: £12.45 / Weekend: £14.32

This ongoing temporary position offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidates, after a minimum of 12 weeks of service with Challenge-trg. Enhanced benefits are available if successful in gaining a permanent role.
