Technical Support Engineer – IP CCTV & Video Surveillance Salary: Up to £36,000 bonus, company benefits Location: London Are you a technical expert in CCTV or similar network-based solutions? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our clients and internal teams by providing technical expertise, delivering product demos, and offering comprehensive training and troubleshooting support. This role bridges the gap between complex technical solutions and practical applications, acting as a key contact for both pre- and post-sales technical support. Skills and Experience Required * Experience in a similar technical support role, ideally within CCTV, video surveillance, or similar. * Strong working knowledge of IP CCTV and integrated security systems. * Experience with network configuration and diagnostic tools. * Able to adapt technical content for customers with varying levels of technical knowledge * Confident in delivering presentations, both in-person and online * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and effective team player.
