Your role
* Lead and support Home Managers to deliver high quality care across your region
* Grow and develop the region while driving strong occupancy levels
* Ensure homes meet company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
* Support teams with recruitment, training, motivation and performance
* Build positive links with local authorities and monitor budgets and KPIs effectively
* Extensive management experience within the care home sector
* Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills
* Proven senior leadership experience with a flexible approach
* NVQ or QCF Level 5 qualification, or equivalent, is desirable
* Full driving licence and confidence travelling across multiple locations
