As Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of a substantial civils package within this flagship residential development. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control for groundworks and infrastructure
2. Overseeing subcontractor procurement and contract administration
3. Supporting project delivery teams withmercial insight and risk management
4. Liaising with consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure value andpliance
5. Reporting on financial performance and contributing to strategic planning
This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape a major development from the ground up.What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you’ll bring:
6. Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally with civils or infrastructure packages
7. Strongmercial acumen and contract knowledge (NEC or JCT)
8. Excellentmunication and negotiation skills
9. A proactive and detail-oriented approach
10. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
