You’ll design, manage, and facilitate impactful training programs that equip our sales team with the tools, mindset, and methodology to win - quarter after quarter. Using the Command of the Message sales methodology, you’ll ensure every enablement initiative translates into real results, improving team productivity and aligning with key business objectives. Champion the Command of the Message methodology to instill consistency, clarity, and confidence across every sales conversation ✅ What You Bring Proven experience as a trainer, with a strong track record of training sales professionals across roles Experience training diverse, multicultural teams - ideally across regions Expertise in Command of the Message (or similar methodologies) and a passion for driving sales effectiveness. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Proven experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs A track record of aligning training with business outcomes To fulfil this role you should be resident in this country with a valid right to work.
