The Role As a Service & Repair Technician, you’ll work closely with experienced Technicians to learn and perform diagnostic troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on veterinary equipment such as: • Patient Monitors • Infusion Pumps & Syringe Drivers • Patient Ventilators • Microscopes • Other electronic and mechanical devices This is a workshop-based role (Staplehurst HQ), supporting our UK and European customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Diagnosing faults and carrying out high-quality repairs • Performing routine servicing and compliance checks • Accurately recording service activity using our ERP system • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for parts and technical information • Collaborating with internal teams (engineering, quality, assembly) to resolve technical issues Successful Candidate: (We're not just looking for experience; we're looking for potential) You might be: • An experienced Technician ready for a new challenge • A recent graduate of an electronics, engineering, or technical course • Someone with a practical background (e.g. tinkering, repairs, hands-on projects) and a strong desire to learn Above all, we’re looking for someone who is; enthusiastic and curious about how things work, enjoys solving problems and working with their hands, takes pride in doing a job properly and learning from experienced colleagues, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
