Clients like speaking to you because you’re straight with them. You pick up the phone, you talk commercial sense, you care about sorting things quickly and properly. It’s never about being loud or pushy, it’s about being capable and clear.
Maybe, it’s time to be somewhere smaller, sharper, and a bit braver. A place where your work actually moves things in the right direction and the effort doesn’t disappear into layers of management.

What you’ll need
* UK Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (around 2–4 years PQE)
* Experience with commercial contracts
* A commercial mindset and the initiative that matches
* Confidence to take responsibility
* Personality (We talk like humans here, not robots)
The Package
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 dependent upon experience, plus 10% commission on any work you win and bring into the business
* 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays
