Totally Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for a Trainee Team Leader/Grounds Maintenance Operative to work with our client in the Watford area. This will be an on-going role, leading to a permanent position with the company. Monday to Friday, 05:00am/06:00am start until finish. 8-hour day, 40 hours each week. Due to the nature of the work, you must be physically fit and prepared to work in all weather conditions. This is a proactive role and requires you to use your own initiative and mobile phone for reporting daily activities to your line Manager. General duties Lawn mowing Strimming lawns and edges, defining lawn edges Aeration Top dressing Hedge cutting Hedge hight reduction Weed control Border maintenance Hard surface operations Other general gardening operations which may include working with plant machinery and powered tools.
