As a Maths Tutor, you will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing targeted support, building confidence, and helping pupils reach their full potential. This role is an excellent stepping stone for any Aspiring Maths teacher eager to gain practical experience in a supportive and engaging school environment.
Role Overview Maths Tutor:
Deliver small group and one-to-one Maths support sessions
Help students prepare for GCSE exams and close learning gaps
Work alongside teachers to plan and deliver engaging activities
Inspire pupils through your enthusiasm
Person Specification Aspiring Maths Teacher:
Minimum 2:1 in Mathematics (degree or related subject) from Top 20 University
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and a clear ambition to become a Maths Tutor
Reliable, patient, and motivated to make a real difference in the classroom
