We are looking for Support Workers for Adams' home in Peacehaven to support him to build his life in the community. You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life, by using positive behaviour support and work within an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to people's wellbeing.
You will be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate, proactive, as the role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh. Adam has been discriminated against, faced trauma, and requires staff with empathy to support him on his road to recovery and an aspiring life.
