⭐ The Role:
• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions
• Work with small groups, 1:1 and whole-class settings
• Support children with SEND and additional learning needs
• Assist with classroom management, lesson preparation and pupil progress
✅ What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 6 months' experience working in a school as a Teaching Assistant or Teacher
• Strong understanding of safeguarding practices
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive and nurturing approach
• Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
