The Role
You will support the HR Manager with recruitment, compliance and employee administration, ensuring the smooth running of all HR operations within the school.
Your Duties Will Include:
* Managing recruitment adverts, applications and interview schedules
* Completing pre-employment checks including DBS, references and ID verification
* Maintaining employee files and updating the MIS
* Supporting induction for new staff and managing probation paperwork
* Handling HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality
* Supporting absence and performance monitoring processes
