Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment - Southampton - Up to £38k
Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service provider situated in Southampton. CBW is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to work on a manufacturing contract located in Southampton. You will provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a highly critical environment. You will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance works to the Electrical, HVAC plant and associated equipment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Generator maintenance
* UPS maintenance
* Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits
* Assisting in the mechanical maintenance on-site
* Any reactive and planned maintenance on site
Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday
* 8am - 5pm
Requirements
* Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Essential
* City & Guild/NVQ Level 3 Essential
* City & Guilds - 18th Edition
* A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
* Installation experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Happy to cover a large site
* Honest, hard-working and reliable
