What We’re Looking For
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
6. Experience teaching within the Primary phase (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
7. Warm, patient and imaginative teaching approach
8. Sound understanding of phonics, early reading and child‑centred learning
9. Flexibility, positivity and a strongmitment to pupil progress
