Location: Cardiff
Salary: From £40 per hour (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)

Responsibilities
The role will involve:
* Handling a full private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, and LPAs
* Advising clients on inheritance tax and estate planning matters
* Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
* Providing support on more complex estates where required
* Maintaining high levels of client care and professionalism
Qualifications
* Be a qualified Solicitor with strong experience in private client law
* Be confident managing a full caseload independently
* Have experience dealing with probate and estate administration matters
* Be able to start at short notice or immediately available
* Be comfortable working on a hybrid basis in Cardiff
