Responsibilities
A Director is required to independently, with the support of other Directors and Partners, develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, and develop team members. The role involves deep understanding of and experience in financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors, and reporting accountant’s work. You will also have sector knowledge in Life Sciences & Healthcare. In Transaction Services, you will support a range of clients by providing due diligence services to support them through acquisitions, sale processes, and capital markets transactions, delivering successful transaction outcomes through data‑driven insights and commercial acumen.
Qualifications & Experience
* Life Sciences & Healthcare experience is preferred or an advantage.
* Previous experience managing teams.
* Self‑starter who enjoys working as part of a team, but can also work autonomously.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrates a pro‑active approach to continuous development.
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
