An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, efficient, proactive, competent candidates to join, support and lead within the Revenues and Benefits Teams.
This challenging role requires a keen commitment to teamwork, exceptional communication and customer-focused skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of internal and external organisations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leadership and management of the Admin Support Team within the Revenues and Housing Benefits Service.
We are looking to appoint to a permanent post for 7.4 hours per week, with the position to be based at Howden House office. We currently operate a hybrid working pattern.
There is an expectation for a level of IT skills and there is a requirement to be familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications, Revenues and Benefits software systems and workflow management systems.
Key to this role is effective management, supervision, support and growth of a team of Revenue & Benefit Assistants, Officers and Senior Officers.
