The Role – Nurture Teacher (1:1) Through our Nurture Pathway, you will work 1:1 with pupils across Oxfordshire who are currently out of school due to: • Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) • Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) • Risk of exclusion or permanent exclusion • Anxiety, trauma or disengagement from education You will design and deliver bespoke, interest-led learning sessions tailored to each young person.
