Graduate Recruitment Consultant - £26,000 OTE of up to £60K - £70k in first year!

The role
As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll start in our Academy learning the foundations of recruitment before joining one of our specialist teams.
You will be:
* Learning the ropes of recruitment, from sourcing top tier talent to closing deals
* Building relationships with candidates and becoming a trusted career advisor
* Supporting clients and matching great people with great opportunities
* Staying ahead of IT trends and learning what makes industries move
* Growing your confidence in a professional, high energy sales environment
What we're looking for
* Recent high calibre graduates or individuals with experience in a target-driven sales environment
* Inquisitive, energetic and commercially curious
* Strong communicators with a genuine interest in people
* Ambitious, competitive, and excited by high performance
* Resilient, proactive, and ready to be challenged
