Job Description
Do you love sports or have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. In our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same, and you'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll be part of the shop team, serving customers and fostering rapport to encourage repeat business. Are you ready to launch a successful career?
Salary: £12.50 per hour
What You Will Do
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Promote safer gambling
* Take bets on various sports and events
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling
* Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
* Work towards targets and goals
* Maintain high shop standards
* Open or close the shop as needed
Working Patterns
This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 5 pm - 10 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8 am - 10 pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 15 hours, comprising a mix of long opening and closing shifts, as well as shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We believe in supporting work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.
Qualifications
* You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
* Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly
