Relationship building with prospects and existing customers
High-volume outbound calling — cold & warm calls to discuss IT needs, renewals, and alternative solutions
Handling inbound enquiries and responding professionally to customer emails and calls
Delivering an exceptional customer experience with a customer-first mindset
Attending face-to-face meetings with B2B organisations
Processing completed sales orders accurately
