Production Operative – Fixed Term (4 Months)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm]
Pay: National Minimum Wage (increasing in line with April 2026 statutory rates)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Production Operative to join our team on a four-month fixed-term contract starting in March.
This role is primarily focused on operating alongside a filling machine within our production area. The successful candidate will be responsible for filling, sealing and packaging product pouches, as well as assisting with other SKU packing including saucers and pellets.
This is a practical, standing role suited to someone who enjoys repetitive tasks, working with their hands, and being part of a small production team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating alongside a pouch filling machine
* Filling pouches accurately and efficiently
* Sealing and quality checking finished products
* Packing finished goods into outer cartons
* Assisting with packing of additional products (saucers, pellets and other SKUs)
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the production area
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Supporting general warehouse and production tasks as required

* Physically capable of light manual handling

Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided.
Additional Information
This is a fixed-term contract running for four months from March 2026. There may be potential for further opportunities depending on business requirements.
