Salary: £33,000-£38,000 (Dependent upon experience)

As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead, you will focus on empowering staff to create nurturing environments where young people can thrive. Role Overview:

You will assist in developing, organizing, and delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support approaches. This involves working collaboratively with children and their families to identify support needs, challenges, and developing tailored plans. As a practice leader, you will ensure staff benefit from person-centred PBS training, good practice role modeling, and coaching related to individual plans.

Candidate Profile:

* Minimum of three years’ experience supporting individuals with SEN
* Relevant qualifications in SEN or Health & Social Care
* Deep knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
* Understanding of behaviour support plans, risk assessments, and targeted interventions
* Experience in delivering training and supporting staff development
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with young people and families
* Strong organizational skills and proactive approach
* Honesty and empathy, with a genuine care for young people
