Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £50,000 basic + bonus (OTE £70,000)
Full-time, permanent | 5 days over 7 (includes weekends)

We’re working with a growing, ambitious business to recruit an experienced Showroom Manager for their busy Birmingham showroom. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a sales-led retail environment and enjoys driving performance through people, standards, and customer experience.
This opportunity would suit an established Showroom Manager, or a senior bathroom / KBB sales professional who’s ready to step into a leadership role with real autonomy and earning potential.
The Opportunity
As Showroom Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the showroom. You’ll lead from the front, maximise every customer enquiry, and develop a high-performing sales team that consistently delivers.
You’ll have the freedom to shape the showroom’s success while being supported by a wider leadership structure focused on growth and long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the showroom
* Drive sales performance, conversion, and profitability against targets
* Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom sales team
* Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey
* Act as a confident brand ambassador in a customer-facing environment
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
* Ensure accurate administration and smooth operational processes
* Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on growth and improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience within bathrooms, KBB, or a similar consultative retail sales environment
* Experience leading or developing a sales team (or ready to step up)
* Commercially driven with a strong focus on conversion and results
* Confident, hands-on leadership style
* Thrives in a fast-paced retail setting
* Organised, motivated, and genuinely customer-focused
