We’re looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our People Team at Wilderness Way - a leading provider of residential care for children who’ve experienced trauma.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident navigating employee relations, loves coaching managers, and wants to make a real difference in a values-led organisation. You’ll work closely with our HR Business Partner and become a trusted advisor to managers across our homes and head office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Offering clear, practical advice on employee relations and HR policies
* Supporting managers to lead with confidence and compassion
* Helping shape a consistent employee experience across the organisation
* Getting stuck into data, systems, and continuous improvement projects
* Leading on wellbeing, absence, and occupational health support
* Making sure our policies and processes are clear, helpful, and up to date
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in an HR advisory or operational role
* A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Strong Excel and HR system skills (HiBOB experience is a plus!)
* Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) is desirable
