EQUANS is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team based at our office in Quorum Business Park on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Are you an accomplished administrator, who has experience within compliance? If so, we're looking for a Compliance Administrator to support our shared services team to approximately 11, employees.

As a member of our Shared Services team, you will have the ability to work flexibly from our brand-new office space at the Quorum Business Park for 2 days each week, with 3 days at home. Responsible for all administration relating to compliance activities for new starters and existing employees for Equans UKBU. This role will engage with employees, line managers and HR Operational leads to ensure a quality and timely service delivery.
What will you deliver?
1. Ensure all pre employment checks such as Right to Work (UK), Disclosure checks, British Standard Security Vetting, Credit and Director Checks are carried out in line with current legislation
2. Support managers during their employees probation process
3. Provide analysis and information on employees personal files, sharing with Head of Privacy as required if subject access requests arise
4. Support with Occupational Health administration activities
5. Co-ordinate audit activity for own work area, with timely monthly sign off
6. Provide personal data in line with Equans standards and GDPR guidelines to HR and Data Privacy teams
7. Deal with queries from employees, managers and HR on all HR Administrative processes and procedures
8. Manage own workload in line with service level targets
9. Support the maintenance of process documentation
10. Support the delivery of administrative duties as and when required for the Employee Services function
11. Identify and support process improvements to deliver best practice in HR Administration
12. Deliver excellent customer service and provide a welcoming, efficient, helpful and informative service to all
13. Take a role in the development and delivery of roadshows and customer meetings to promote the service and knowledge share
