The Role DaXtra is looking for a motivated and high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our Account Executive team by generating qualified sales opportunities within staffing firms, recruitment agencies, and workforce solutions businesses. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by engaging recruitment leaders, operations teams, and technology decision-makers who are investing in Al, automation, and recruiter productivity solutions.
