We are seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Business Development Manager to develop business sales volumes for both the Service and Parts operations. You will identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers and to manage and improve our customer care standards in collaboration with departmental heads. We are looking for your knowledge and experience to also identify and develop new business both with ‘Franchised’ and ‘All Makes’ product customers.
This position will be based in Tipton 3 days a week and Cardiff plus Bristol for 1 day each.

Overview:
1. Business Develop in the Midlands and South West new Service and Parts contracts on new vehicle sales, trailer and track renewals
2. Hold regular development and review meetings with key customer accounts.
3. Agree KPI’s and targets with the Regional Parts Manager.
What you will Bring:
4. Appropriate experience in a commercial vehicles sales environment including knowledge of the UK Truck market
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and IT savvy to pick up in house systems
6. Evidence of sales negotiation skills.
7. Numerical awareness.
8. Good communication skills, both written and oral
9. Full UK Driving Licence
