Job Title: Customer Service Operator (Temporary)
We are currently seeking a temporary Customer Service Operator to support transport operations for an existing client.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will work on a contract involving a two-person home delivery service from Wellingborough to customers. Your role will be to oversee the smooth operation of this process alongside the transport operations team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Booking customer deliveries
2. Answering calls from customers and drivers to ensure efficient operation
3. Supporting operational improvements to enhance delivery processes and customer experience
Candidate Requirements
* Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry systems
* Prior customer service experience is essential
* Transport knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, between 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00.
