Job Description
HRGO are recruiting production operatives for our manufacturing client on the Deeside Industrial Estate.
Hours: 6-6 12 hour shifts, including days & nights all Mon-Fri (organised by a shift rota on a weekly cycle)
Pay: £12.89, increasing to £14.92 after training
Location: Deeside Industrial Estate
Responsibilities
* Operating machinery safely, utilising all materials and reducing waste
* Quality checking finished products
* Follow strict H&S procedures and guidelines
* Following KPIs
Requirements
* Previous production/manufacturing experience is essential
* Able to use initiative to safely diagnose and check machinery when faults occur
* Proactive self starter
* Good communication skills
