A well-established property and block management organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Leasehold Credit Control Manager to join its finance team.
This role is suited to someone with a strong background in leasehold, service charge, or property credit control who is confident managing high-value arrears, legal processes, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a large portfolio of leasehold accounts, collecting service charges and ground rent
* Oversee aged debt, disputes, and recovery strategies to reduce debtor days
* Issue reminder notices, final demands, and pre-legal correspondence
* Liaise with external solicitors on arrears and legal cases
* Prepare documentation for legal action and track case progress
* Produce regular aged debt reports and updates for senior management
* Work closely with block managers and internal finance teams
* Communicate professionally with leaseholders and managing agents
About You
* Proven experience in leasehold, service charge, or property credit control
* Comfortable managing high-volume arrears and legal processes
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident dealing with stakeholders
* Able to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment
