Care Assistant Opportunities – We are recruiting across Newham and the surrounding areas, (including (but not limited to):
West Ham, Canning Town, Stratford, Forest Gate, East Ham, Plaistow,
Pay: £14.00 – £14.42 per hour
Shifts: 7 days a week
1. Day: 06:00/07:00 – 14:00
2. Evening: 14:00 – 22:00/23:00

Job Description
💙 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll help with:
3. Supporting with personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
4. Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
5. Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
6. Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
7. Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
8. Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships

9. 🤝 Companionship – conversations, activities, outings
10. 💊 Medication Management – collecting prescriptions, reminders, safe administration
11. 🍲 Nutrition & Mealtimes – cooking nutritious meals, considering dietary needs
12. 🏡 Housekeeping – light cleaning, laundry, tidying
13. 🚶 Mobility Assistance – transfers, walking support, use of aids
14. 👀 Health Monitoring – observing and reporting changes in condition
15. 🌍 Social Inclusion – helping maintain community and family connections
16. 💬 Emotional Support – empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
17. 📝 Documentation – accurate record keeping
18. 🛡️ Safety & Emergency Response – creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed
19. 🤝 Collaboration – working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families
Qualifications
