More About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception and Sales colleague (internally known as a Placemaker) at Places Leisure. You'll work in a fun, lively environment with like-minded people, inspiring others to work together and deliver their best. You should be highly organized and excel at delivering excellent customer service while creating a welcoming environment that makes a positive first impression on members and visitors.
Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial, but if you are proactive and self-motivated, our training and development opportunities will support your success in this role and beyond.
Opportunities within Places Leisure include pathways to roles such as Placemaker Assistant Manager and Placemaker Manager. We offer ongoing training, including customer service and sales development through webinars, seminars, and cross-skilling in areas like lifeguarding and swimming teaching.
