Join OMD London as a Digital Director with PepsiCo
This is an exciting opportunity to join the European team at OMD in London, working with the PepsiCo client. PepsiCo is a key global client for Omnicom Group, with a dedicated European regional team. Our central team leads digital transformation efforts, setting visions, developing strategies, and supporting local implementation.
The Digital Director will collaborate with Strategy, Communications Planning, and Data & Audience Solutions teams to drive strategic initiatives, monitor local adoption, identify opportunities, and scale successful learnings across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead digital planning and buying across Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels at local, regional, and global levels.
* Maintain strong knowledge of digital channels and disciplines, including social, programmatic, video, and search.
* Manage partnerships with local and global stakeholders.
* Utilize ad tech platforms such as DV360, Meta, Google Ads, and CDPs like Salesforce, along with verification tools like DoubleVerify.
* Leverage digital data sources including eMarketer, GWI, Google Trends, and social analytics.
* Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.
* Manage and develop junior to mid-level team members.
* Understand traditional media and its integration with digital strategies.
* Experience with Data Management Platforms and data-led campaign orchestration.
* Apply brand research methodologies, including brand health tracking and uplift studies.
* Hands-on experience in local media planning and buying.
