Job Description
3. Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processes for employees across the organisation.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant UK payroll regulations and tax requirements.
5. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to provide accurate payroll reports.
6. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or queries from employees and stakeholders.
7. Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
8. Work with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
9. Keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
10. Support the team with system upgrades or the introduction of new payroll software.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
