Audit Senior Cheltenham Clark Wood are currently working with a leading independent chartered accountancy and business advisory firm who are looking to recruit an Audit Senior to join their growing team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, independent firm in the South West, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality audit, accounts, tax, and advisory services to a diverse and growing client base. The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising a portfolio of audit clients, leading audit fieldwork, and delivering statutory financial reporting and completion work. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day queries and ensuring high standards of service delivery throughout the audit process. In addition, you will oversee and undertake work at client premises, support pre-year-end tax planning in collaboration with tax specialists, and have the opportunity to contribute to corporate finance projects where appropriate. This role offers excellent variety across audit and wider advisory work. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA fully qualified with strong audit experience and well-developed supervisory and client management skills. You will be confident leading teams, managing projects, and ensuring audits are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
