We are recruiting an Operations Support Analyst to support our client with the rollout of new payment technology across a large UK network. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, coordinating with stakeholders, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Role details:
* 6‑month temporary contract
* £197 p/d PAYE
* Hybrid - 3 days per week in Keynsham
* Initial hours: 3pm-11pm (first 3 months)
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the rollout of new payment terminals (PDQs)
* Helping clinic teams adopt new processes and resolve issues
* Managing terminal setup, configuration, and inventory
* Coordinating with third‑party providers and internal teams
* Reporting on rollout progress, incidents, and trends
* Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements
What we're looking for:
* Strong communicator, confident with both technical and non‑technical users
* Experience using card machines (taking payments)
* Admin skills and computer literacy
* Good problem‑solver with solid organisational skills
* Experience in operations, support, customer service payments, or similar
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
* High attention to detail and accuracy
