How youll spend your day Joining a collaborative and people-focused Business Change function, youll play a critical role in delivering high-impact business change projects. As a Business Analyst, youll play a key role in supporting high-impact transformation projects across ERP, e-commerce, and process change. Partner with business SMEs to define project objectives and shape change requirements early in the process Collaborate with project teams to assess scope and complexity, advising on effort and feasibility Lead the creation of functional requirements and user stories across a variety of projects using agile and hybrid approaches Support business teams in articulating their own requirements for smaller or BAU changes Help establish and maintain business process documentation to support future impact assessments Actively contribute to the development of a Business Architecture capability, providing insight to enhance strategic planning Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support change readiness What youll bring to this role This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a role thats less about technical specs and more about driving real business change through thoughtful analysis and communication.
