Your Role and Responsibilities
* Provide high-standard, 24-hour care within a warm, domestic setting.
* Support young people through daily routines, including school preparation and meal times.
* Foster independence by planning engaging community activities, from creative projects to outdoor trips.
* Maintain clear professional boundaries while building strong, supportive relationships.
* Collaborate with a passionate team to ensure a safe, nurturing, and clean environment.
* Work a consistent rota that includes essential sleep-in shifts to ensure continuity of care.
What we need from you
* Character: A patient, warm, and proactive "can-do" attitude is essential.
* Registration: Must be willing to join the PVG scheme to ensure the highest safeguarding standards.
* Commitment: The ability to work flexibly, including sleep-ins, to support the needs of the service users.
