The Role
As Recruitment Manager, you’ll take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment process – from the first hello to day one and beyond. You’ll help us attract the best people, tell our story louder, and ensure every candidate journey is smooth, professional, and memorable.
You’ll also be at the heart of strategic projects like:
* Managing and optimising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Leading employer brand initiatives – we want the world to know who we are
* Reviewing and revamping our careers landing page
* Bringing creative ideas for how we “shout” about our culture, people, and opportunities
* Being an active ambassador for our brands online and offline
Why you?
You’re passionate about hospitality, people, and building teams that thrive. You think like a marketer, act like a project manager, and care deeply about the candidate experience.
* Proven experience managing recruitment from start to finish (hospitality industry a big plus)
* Confidence with ATS platforms (we use Talent Funnel) and data-driven hiring decisions
* A strong grasp of employer branding, social media, and recruitment marketing
* Creative ideas for improving the candidate journey and showcasing our culture
* A proactive, warm, and collaborative attitude – you’ll be working across departments and levels
