Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail & Business Banking | Customer Interactions | Gloucester branch
Santander UK is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service role on a 12-month fixed term contract. The base salary is £24,000 plus an additional £500 flexible benefit.
Location: Gloucester branch. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, acting as a listener and problem solver across in-branch or telephony interactions. You’ll handle a range of activities, from simple cash transactions to assisting customers with technology, transacting over the phone, and protecting customers against fraud and scams. The role is suitable for a multi-skilled environment with a close-knit team, providing plenty of support.
Role highlights:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answering customer calls into our contact centre
* Building relationships and finding solutions
* Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
* Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
