The Role
* Lead and supervise your shift

About You
* NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
* Well-organized, IT literate, and capable of delegating effectively
* Proven leadership and supervisory skills
* Understanding of care planning processes
* Experience or willingness to undertake medication administration training
* A natural desire to improve residents' lives
