As a Maintenance Operative, your duties will include:
* Property Maintenance : Performing routine and emergency maintenance, including minor repairs, decoration, and basic plumbing.
* Safety Checks : Conducting regular inspections of fire alarms, boilers, lifts, and other systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Groundskeeping : Maintaining gardens, car parks, and other outdoor areas to a high standard.
* Stock Management : Ordering and managing tools and supplies efficiently.
* Team Collaboration : Supporting the induction of new staff with training on building layout and fire safety procedures.
* Documentation : Accurately recording all safety checks and maintenance activities.
