Purchase Ledger Clerk Location: Coalville Salary: £13 - £18 per hour (dependent on experience) Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Contract: Temporary initially, with strong potential for extension and permanent opportunity The Role We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk / P2P Specialist to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Coalville. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining high levels of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Matching, batching and coding invoices Managing subcontractor payment applications Processing employee expense claims Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Maintaining and updating supplier master data Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures About You Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable or P2P Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Confident using finance systems and Excel Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines A proactive approach to resolving queries This role offers the chance to join a collaborative team with real long-term potential for the right candidate.
