Role Description
Working closely with the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will help manage a portfolio of member firms, with specific responsibilities around managing the onboarding and retention of our members.Your job is to make sure that our members are getting real value from our services and products and to deliver an excellent customer experience.
We’relooking for someone that has experience in a similar customer success role, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience. As a small but rapidly expanding business, the Customer Success Manager will playan important rolein building strong relationships, with excellent product knowledge, in order to increase member retention and support revenue growth.
You will be responsible for:
* Being the member advocate in order to provide internal feedback and how we can better serve our members
* Managing the onboarding of members to ensure they are set up for success
* All post-sales activity for members by developing strong relationship building
* Increasing member retention by conducting regular check-in calls to ensure that members have aligned objectives and outcomes
What we are looking for:
* Experience in a similar Customer Success, Account Management, On-boarding or Client / Customer Relationship Management role
* Someone that is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience
* Experience in increasing member retention
* Experience of working in a data driven sales environment
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent communication skills and teamworking abilities
