The Home Manager is responsible for the care, commercial management, and profitability of the Home in accordance with Maria Mallaband Care Group policies, procedures, and all external regulatory requirements.
This includes the efficient and effective day-to-day running of the Home, developing exceptional personalized services for every service user and their loved ones, managing all staff, and fostering positive working relationships with external stakeholders. This role is fundamental within Social Care.

About You:
We are seeking a Home Manager with the following skills, qualifications, and experience:
* A qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin number
* Previous experience as a registered home manager in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential
* A committed and organized approach
* An excellent communicator with experience in leading and motivating staff
* A good understanding of Regulatory Compliance and the ability to demonstrate the delivery of a quality service
