Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Process Consultant to support a major retail transformation project. The role involves mapping and analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting operational excellence initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Map current (“as-is”) and design future (“to-be”) business processes Facilitate workshops and gather input from key stakeholders Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Document processes using tools like Visio, ARIS, or Signavio Support continuous improvement and change initiatives Skills & Experience: Strong experience in business process mapping and analysis Background in retail, FMCG, or large-scale operations preferred Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworks
