We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Lead to define and drive the company's external presence. This role will focus on building awareness, credibility, and engagement among customers, investors, partners, and the public.
The Marketing Lead will lead marketing campaigns, manage social media and content strategy, coordinate press and media relations, and support investor communications. Working closely with the leadership team, the Marketing Lead will ensure our vision and impact are communicated consistently and effectively.
This role suits someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, craft compelling stories, design impactful campaigns, and cultivate relationships that advance our mission.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will require 4x days a week in the Brent office.
Marketing Lead Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand
* Develop and implement the marketing strategy across digital, social, and offline channels
* Shape and evolve the brand voice, visual identity, and narrative across all touchpoints
* Plan and execute campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and inbound interest
* Oversee content creation, including social media, newsletters, and thought leadership
Communications & PR
* Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry organizations
* Coordinate press releases, events, and speaking opportunities
* Lead storytelling for partnerships, milestones, and product launches
* Manage crisis and reputation communications as needed
Investor & Stakeholder Relations
* Support communications with investors and strategic partners, including updates, materials, and events
* Collaborate with leadership and design teams to create pitch and presentation materials
* Increase leadership visibility through media, panels, and networking opportunities
Community & Partnerships
* Expand presence within networks related to logistics, mobility, policy, and sustainability
* Coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, and event activations aligned with the mission
* Help build a network of advocates and collaborators to amplify impact
Ideal Marketing Lead Profile:
* 3-5 years in marketing, communications, or brand strategy
* Experience in technology, mobility, logistics, or energy sectors is a plus
* Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
* Proven ability to manage social media and digital campaigns
* Comfortable working with press, partners, and senior stakeholders
* Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
* Highly organized, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Able to commute 4x days a week to their Brent office
